Q: How long does it take to receive my items?
A: Our shipments usually go out 1-3 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. When selecting your shipping speed please keep this processing time in mind. For express or overnight shipments we are able to ship same day (on business days) for orders that arrive before 10am.
Q: How do I track a shipment?
A: Upon shipment or partial shipment of your order you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the progress of your package. Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: To return or exchange an item simply return the item to us with a note including your order number and the reason for the return. If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective in any other way please contact us immediately for free exchange shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we can ship most items internationally. Items generally subject to exclusion include plant material, seeds, and some oversized products. International orders are also subject to duties and tariffs upon arrival in most foreign countries.
